MSB provides an online database for organizations to record aid that has been provided to individuals. Organizations can enter recipient information (name, address, phone, birthday), aid description and amount, and comments. Users can search the database by name or address or phone. All database users can search and view the data, regardless of which organization entered the data.

There are a few specialized summary reports that allow users to see the aid provided by their organization. The summary reports are specific to the user’s organization. Should an organization need additional information about the aid it has provided, MSB can retrieve the required data and provide it in a spreadsheet format.

Database membership is $50.00 annually per organization. Single (shared) or multiple users can be set up per organization. Membership fees are used to offset the cost of operating the website and other administration expenses.
